Ananda Yoga for actors and performers

The class is divided in two halves: the first part is basically an Ananda Yoga class.
Ananda yoga can be a perfect tool to clear the student's mind while preparing his or her body for the demands of the work, in order to metabolize and physically assimilate techniques to take on the staging calmly, even dealing with unexpected or sudden changes.
Using some of the practices of Ananda Yoga (breathing, asanas, affirmations), the student will be able to implement a work on the Persona.
Tension can block emotional and artistic impulses: Yoga relaxes, centers, and balances while integrating the actions of the body and the mind
Each student will play a short text in the second half of the workshop.
