Drama and Psychology:
Learning through exercises of Psychodrama and Drama Therapy.

Drama and Psychology are connected in many ways; Psychodrama and Drama Therapy are two of the main art therapy forms where drama and psychology collide. This is a workshop built on exercises that are used in Psychodrama and Drama Therapy with patients. Many of these exercises are used in drama classes and actor training we will explore these exercises and look at them from a therapeutic point of view. We will explore our emotions and expand imagination skills doing several exercises. Some physical some more emotional the workshop will give you a better understanding for the reason of some exercises that you may have questioned in the past.
